For customers not comfortable making their own repairs, or for machines under warranty, we still offer our in-house repair services. For a listing of repair costs, please see our Service page. For any other questions with regards to service on your Gene Cafe roaster, please contact us.
Please note, parts installed by end users will void the one year warranty associated with those parts. Parts installed by our technicians carry a one year warranty.
